Creating And Managing Your En Masse Account

Setting up your En Masse account is the first step in playing En Masse games. You will use your En Masse account to register and access games, make store purchases, and use website features.

Creating Your EME Account.

 

  1. Go to http://account.enmasse.com to create your account. You will need both JavaScript and cookies enabled.
  2. Select a secret question and create a secret answer. We'll use your secret answer to verify your identity if needed.
  3. Check your email account for an email with the subject line "Please activate your new En Masse account." Follow the instructions and click the verification link to activate your account.
  4. You are now ready to log in to your account.

 

For security reasons, we suggest that you do not use your master account email and password combination for any other account or service. For more information around security visit our security FAQ.

Create Your Public Identity and Your Nickname.

When first logging in to your En Masse account you'll have the option to create a public nickname. Your nickname identifies you whenever you post on EME forums or contact our support team for assistance. You can create your nickname at any time, but please choose carefully as you won't be able to change your nickname on the account yourself.

If you decide that you would like a different public nickname, you will have to contact support and verify that you are the owner of the account. Once your public nickname is changed, it will change for all forum posts, including those you have made in the past.

I Didn't Receive My Verification Email.

In order to register your En Masse account, you have to verify your email address. If it's been a few minutes and you still haven't gotten a verification email, try the following.

 

Check your junk mail folder.

Sometimes spam filters work a little too well. Our email will be easy to spot: the subject line will say "Your registration is almost complete!"


Note: If you are using Google mail please check the "all mail" view. This is different than the inbox and the email may have been filtered there.

Resend the verification email after adding us to your contact list.
Add transactional@info.enmasse.com to your approved contact list, log into your new En Masse account, and select "Resend Email". Only the most recent email will work to verify your account, so if you do this more than once be sure to use the most recent email.

If it's been 30 minutes and you're still waiting, contact us.

If you still have trouble after checking your junk mail and adding our email address to your contact list, contact support.

 

The Link in My Verification Email Doesn't Work.

You must use the emailed verification link to register your En Masse account. If the link isn't working, try the following.

 

Copy and paste the link.

Instead of clicking on the link in the email, try copy and pasting it into your web browser address bar.

 

Try a different Web browser

Older browsers might not support the account creation process. Try the most current version of Firefox, Internet Explorer (IE), or Chrome.
