I Can't Log Into My Account, Help!

If you are having difficulty logging in to your En Masse Entertainment account, please review the common causes below and follow the indicated troubleshooting steps.

You forgot your account password.

Request a password reset now!

Your account is not activated.

In order to complete the account registration process, you will need to click on an activation link. This link will be sent to you in an email titled "Your registration is almost complete!" from En Masse Entertainment.

If you have not received this email after 15 minutes, check your spam or "all mail" folders for gmail. If the message is still not found, add "transactional@info.enmasse.com" to your approved contact list, log in to your new En Masse account, and select "Resend Email".

You did not receive an account armor code.

Sometimes spam filters work a little too well. Our email will be easy to spot: the subject line will say "Account Armor".

If you have not received this email after 15 minutes, check your spam or "all mail" folders for gmail. If the message is still not found, add "transactional@info.enmasse.com" to your approved contact list, and then click on Resend Code at the bottom of the Account Armor pop up when you sign in.

Note: Only the most recent email will work to verify your account. Do not request additional account armor codes if you are experiencing a delay greater than 30 minutes. This indicates a system issue and requesting more codes will delay the process.

User Authentication Failed.

This message will display for two reasons:
  • You are in a physical location that is restricted from accessing game servers.
  • Your account has been blocked for participating in or being related to actions that have violated the Terms of Service for an En Masse game.
