Where's my account activation code?
Do I really need to check my e-mail after I've created an account? I've got a game to play!
Before we can activate your account, we need you to open the email titled "Your registration is almost complete!" and click on the activation link. This email from En Masse normally arrives within a minute or two after you complete your registration. Sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes, depending on your Internet service provider.
If you don't get your activation email in 15 minutes, check your spam or "all mail" folder, if you have filtered views.
Still haven't received your code?
- Your spam filter may have misidentified the message as spam. Add "email@example.com" to your approved contact list.
- Log in to your new En Masse account.
- Select Resend Email
