Why didn't I get my account armor code?
My account armor code doesn't work.
We use Account Armor® Security Services to protect players’ accounts. Whenever you try to log into your En Masse account or game launcher from an unknown device, we'll ask you to enter a code, which you’ll receive automatically. This Account Armor code will be valid for 30 minutes. You can disable this security feature through your En Masse account, but we strongly encourage you to keep it enabled.
I didn't get my Account Armor code
If you don't get your Account Armor code in 15 minutes (and it should take less than a minute or two) check your spam, all mail, or promotional folder (if you have filtered views).
If that doesn't work:
- Your spam filter may have misidentified the message as spam. Add "email@example.com" to your approved contact list.
- Log in to your En Masse account.
- Select Resend Code.
If you've done this and your Account Armor code doesn't arrive within 30 minutes, please e-mail Support.
My Account Armor code doesn't work
If you've entered your Account Armor code within the 30-minute window and your code doesn't work, it could be because you've requested your account code multiple times. Only the most recent request and code response is valid. So, if you've requested your account code three times, you'll need to wait until the third and final Account Armor email comes through.
If it takes 30 minutes or more to get your account code, please don't request more account codes. There's most likely a system issue and further requests could add to delays. Send us a support request and we'll help you as soon as possible.
