How do I fix the insufficient memory error?
Error 000a in Closers
Can't get TERA to start.
Client\en.meta issue in TERA
For TERA, the Insufficient Memory Error may be caused by an issue caused by an en.meta file in the Client folder.
- Close your launcher (En Masse or Steam)
- Navigate to TERA > Client folder. For example, for TERA in Steam that would be SteamLibrary > steamapps > common > TERA > Client
- If you see an en.meta file, delete it.
- Start your launcher and wait for corrections to download (you can monitor progress through the download bar on the left).
- Start your game.
General Troubleshooting for Insufficient Memory Error
The error message "Insufficient Memory" often happens when your computer has run out of system memory (RAM) available. If you get this error our Crashing troubleshooting guide can take you through steps that can help resolve this issue.
Make sure you're using the En Masse Launcher, you may run into issues using the older TERA Launcher, and you'll get much faster updates and downloads using the En Masse Launcher.
Sometimes forcing an update can help as sometimes this issue happens when a patch has been interrupted.
If none of these steps work, try uninstalling your game and then go to your game folder and make sure everything is deleted, then re-install the game.
