En Masse Entertainment has decided to apply the privacy and data protections of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to all players, regardless of where they live.
How can I manage my information?
We provide tools on our En Masse account pages for you to manage your information including:
- Clear billing information for services provided by En Masse.
- Ability to change your email.
- Ability to change your public identity.
- Ability to change your email sharing preferences.
At your request, we can provide you with a player account summary with the information we have stored about you. To protect the privacy of our players and to ensure we confirm your identity, you must submit your request through our support portal.
How do I delete my game data?
To delete your game data, please send us a request through the support portal, stating that you want to delete your account. To protect our players and to ensure we confirm your identity, you must submit your request through our support portal. Please make sure your subject includes "GDPR Deletion of Data".
We'll delete or anonymize your personally-identifiable data in accordance with the GDPR. If we can’t identify any given data as belonging to you, we may retain it.
Once we receive your request, we'll reply to the ticket, asking if you're sure you want to delete your data. Deleting your data will mean you'll permanently lose all game progress for all En Masse games, and we won't be able to restore it if you change your mind. This includes items, characters, and expansions.
