En Masse has decided to apply the privacy and data protections of GDPR to all players, regardless of where they live.
How can I manage my information?
We provide tools on our account pages for you to manage your information, with clear billing information, ability to change your email, change your public identity, and change your email sharing preferences.
On request, we can provide player account summary with the information we have stored about you. To protect the privacy of our players and to ensure we confirm your identity, this request must be done through our support portal.
How do I delete my game data?
To delete your game data please send us a request through the support portal, stating that you want to delete your account. To protect our players and to ensure we confirm your identity, this request must be done through our support portal.
We'll delete or anonymize all personally identifiable data in accordance with GDPR regulations, fraud and legal requirements. Any data that can't be identified as belonging to you may also be kept.
Once we receive your request we'll reply to the ticket asking if you're sure. Deleting your data will mean you'll permanently lose all game progress and we won't be able to restore it if you change your mind. This includes items, characters, and expansions.
