Managing your requests
To view the requests that you've submitted, log into our support portal using your En Masse account. If you've created any tickets using our old system, you'll need to create a new support request. Please include your old incident/ticket number when creating the new request.
Once you're signed into our support portal, you'll be able to view your request and activity in our help center. You'll sign into your account using your En Masse account, but the profile information through our help center will only apply to be for support issues. You’ll need to go to account.enmasse.com to manage your gaming profile.
Click on your signed in user profile and select My activities to look at your requests.
