Welcome to our new support site. We're excited by how we can make it easier for you to find the information you need and to respond to your requests.
Managing your requests
To view the requests that you've submitted log into our support portal using your En Masse account. If you've created any tickets using our old system you'll need to create a new support request, please include your incident/ticket number when creating the request.
Once you're signed into our support portal you'll be able to view your request and activity in our help center. You'll sign into your account using your En Masse Account, but the profile information through our help center will be for support issues only.
Click on your signed in user profile and select My activities to look at your requests.
