TERA is available on Xbox One if you have an Xbox Gold Membership Account. A Gold Membership Account is required to play any MMO on Xbox. You can play TERA on Xbox in the following countries:

You do not need a PlayStation Plus account to play TERA, but your PlayStation Plus membership will give you access to exclusive bundles.
