Common Problems
How do I record video on PlayStation?
How do I get a screenshot on Xbox?
How to I send in a fantastic bug report?
Screenshots and videos make it much easier to work with you to understand what an issue might be. Images taken with your phone are better than nothing, but often they are quite blurry and can make it difficult to see what the issue is.
The most effective screenshots and videos are taken using your console's built in tools. The most powerful videos are the ones that are clipped to just show us what your issue is. If there's a long video we might have to guess at where the problem is and that will limit or slow down our ability to help you.
Each attachment sent customer support needs to be under 20 GB, but you can send as many attachments as you like. If you need to send us a bigger video, please send us an unlisted or public YouTube link.
