Otherwise, the best way to contact En Masse is to submit a support request through our website using an En Masse Account. When properly formatted, a support request ensures your message gets through to the right person.
Click Submit Request on the top right of one of our Support Pages, or Contact Support on our front page to begin the sign in/sign up process.
If you've played any MMO published by En Masse on PC or have used the En Masse launcher, you already have an En Masse account. Use that to sign in.
If you play our games on a console or play a non-MMO game through Steam (such as Stranger Things: The Game) you may need to create an En Masse account to use the Customer Support platform.
The best way to create an En Masse account if you're playing one of our games on Xbox One or PlayStation 4 is to follow the prompts when you sign in to TERA — Linking Xbox or PlayStation to Your En Masse Account. This will ensure your TERA Console account and En Masse account are linked and allow us to help you more effectively. You don’t have to link your accounts to file a support ticket, but you will need an need an En Masse account (You can link your Console account at a later date).
Once you've signed in to your En Masse account, please provide as many details about your situation as you can, like your character’s name, what server you’re one, the name of any quests or items giving you difficulty, important times, and so on.
